An interview with the man who brought HITCHCOCK back to the big screen

Fulfilling our wish that our favorite annual screening series, Hitchcocktober, never has to end, a new feature film about the Master of Suspense recently opened at the Angelikas Dallas and Plano. Adam with the Angelika Blog sat down with Stephen Rebello, author of the book Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho, to talk about the film adaptation of his book. One of the last men to interview Hitch in person, Rebello has a wealth of insight into one of the greatest filmmakers of all time. Check it out:

HITCHCOCK is a love story about one of the most influential filmmakers of the last century and a snapshot of the making of his most celebrated picture, PYSCHO. Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren give stunning performances as Hitchcock and his wife and indispensable collaborator, Alma Reville, with Scarlett Johansson appearing as Janet Leigh, the ice–blonde starlet who portrayed the doomed motel patron in Hitch’s suspense masterpiece.
